Refund Policy

Kamal Akeel — Business English Coaching 

Thank you for choosing Kamal Akeel for your English coaching. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for single sessions and lesson packages booked through kamalakeel.com.

1. Single Sessions

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a free reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session and no-shows are lost and cannot be rescheduled.
     

2. Lesson Packages

  • Packages are refundable on a pro-rated basis for unused sessions, provided a refund is requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • Package sessions expire 3 months from the date of purchase. Expired sessions are non-refundable.

  • Individual sessions within a package follow the same 24-hour cancellation/reschedule rule as single sessions (Section 1).
     

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or reschedule, please contact:

Please include your name, the date of purchase, and the session(s) in question. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Refunds outside this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergency) at Kamal Akeel's discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Free consultations (no charge, so no refund applies)

  • Sessions completed as scheduled

  • No-shows and late cancellations (see Section 1)

6. Changes to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
